This role is for an asset manager who genuinely enjoys leasing.You'll be responsible for a high-quality industrial & logistics portfolio owned by a leading institutional investor, with assets across NSW and QLD.
The focus is clear: maximise income, drive leasing outcomes and unlock value through hands-on asset management.If negotiating leases, structuring deals, working with agents and staying close to tenants is what energises you — this role is built for that.The OpportunityWorking within an experienced industrial & logistics team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day asset performance with a solid emphasis on:Leasing strategy and executionTenant retention and re-leasingIncome growth and WALE managementClose collaboration with leading industrial leasing agentsThis is a front-foot asset management role, not a passive reporting seat.Key ResponsibilitiesLead leasing activity across a diversified industrial & logistics portfolioDevelop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental growthNegotiate new leases,



renewals and restructuresManage leasing agents and drive accountability on outcomesMaintain strong tenant relationships and anticipate future leasing needsContribute to asset plans, budgets and value-add initiativesWork closely with development, capital transactions and finance teamsWhat We're Looking ForYou'll likely come from industrial asset management, leasing, or property advisory, and bring:Strong experience in industrial & logistics leasingConfidence negotiating directly with tenants and agentsSolid understanding of institutional ownership and governanceStrong financial and asset management fundamentalsAbility to manage multiple assets across statesWhy This Role?
