The team leader will lead and support a team of Aboriginal facilitators to deliver Culturally strong, high-quality learning experiences that build the capability of external organisation working with Aboriginal children, families and communities.About YouDemonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA' vision and purpose.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.Experience in facilitating engaging learning experiences for adult learners.A strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures, communities, histories and cultural protocols.Ability and willingness to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.A strong understanding of budget requirements and the ability to meet these.Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A willingness to travel as required, and at times work outside of hours within reason.Requirements: Valid Police Check,



a Victorian Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended).
