Premier Services Group (PSG) is growing, and we're looking for a proactive Workforce Manager to lead recruitment, workforce planning and employee experience across our Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical and corporate teams.This newly created role is designed to take the load off managers, reduce recruitment costs, and build strong talent pipelines that support our strategic growth.About the RoleYou'll be the central point for workforce resourcing across multiple states—attracting great people, forecasting labour needs, strengthening retention, and ensuring our projects and operations are always well resourced.What you'll doManage end to end recruitment for trades, technical, project and corporate rolesBuild sustainable talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill positionsPartner with managers to understand workforce needs and future growthReduce agency reliance through proactive sourcing and industry engagementCoordinate onboarding and deliver a consistent new starter experienceConduct check-ins and support early retentionTrack recruitment and turnover trends,
