You will lead the Mine Scheduling Ventilation team, ensuring protected, compliant ventilation operations on a 7/7 days/nights roster, reporting to the Ventilation Superintendent.You will oversee ventilation plans, monitor airflow surveys, coordinate with contractors, and coach Ventilation Officers and Technicians to deliver high performance in a dynamic mining environment.
