Hunter City Motor Group are seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Brand Manager to take responsibility for the performance of Cessnock MG, growth and day-to-day operations of an allocated vehicle brand within our dealership.This is a key leadership position for an automotive professional who can drive sales, develop a high-performing team and build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers and key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle brandDrive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitabilityDevelop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targetsLead, motivate and coach the sales teamMonitor sales performance, KPIs, margins and inventory levelsMaintain strong relationships with the manufacturer and brand representativesManage vehicle stock, demonstrators and showroom presentationEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify opportunities to increase market share and sales performanceOversee advertising, promotions and local marketing initiativesEnsure dealership policies,
