Azora is a rapid growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Collections Manager to join our Commercial Asset Finance (AF) team.
Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference
Lead the AF Collections strategy
Manage and direct the daily activities of the AF collections team
Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, contact customers and make suitable arrangements for repayment of arrears in order to reduce delinquency and minimise losses.
Proactively manage the national network of external suppliers (e.g. Law Firms, Mercantile Agents, Property Managers and Auction Houses etc.)



to effectively manage portfolio and enforcement matters
Contribute to monthly collections committee forum
Lead collections & arrears management projects & campaigns
Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you...
3-5 years in debt collections team leader or management role
Working knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulatory guides i.e. Privacy Act, AML/CTF and Debt Collection Guidelines
A commercial, outside-the-box thinker with elite decision making
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
A captivating leader who champions for their team and leads from the front
