Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer, Level 2, to join in Melbourne.
The role combines on-site presence and remote work, with 1–2 days onsite as required.
You will resolve Tier 2 issues, support hardware and networking, and liaise with clients across multiple sites.A proactive, communicative skilled with MSP experience will thrive.
The position offers flexibility between WFH and 1–2 onsite days, travel as needed, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative Client
