As our Payroll Officer, you'll manage end-to-end payroll and be a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, Finance and People & Culture.Key responsibilitiesManaging end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within required deadlinesReviewing timesheets, leave, allowances, overtime and deductionsProcessing recent starters, employee changes, terminations and final paysManaging payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesEnsuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, employment agreements, PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation and STP requirementsPreparing payroll journals and supporting month-end reconciliationsMaintaining accurate employee and payroll recordsResponding to employee and manager payroll queriesPreparing payroll reporting, including leave balances, headcount, superannuation and payroll taxSupporting audits,
