You may already hold a Design Manager title, or you could be a strong Interior Designer ready to step into a broader position.Ideally, you will bring:Formal qualifications in Interior Design or a related disciplineStrong experience across interior design, preferably within hospitality, hotels, retail or commercial environmentsA robust eye for finishes, materials, colour, furniture and overall design aestheticExperience developing or maintaining design standards and specificationsAbility to review designs and confidently provide creative input and directionUnderstanding of project budgets and the cost implications of design decisionsExperience working alongside Project Managers, contractors and suppliersCapability with relevant design and 3D visualisation softwareA practical, collaborative approach with the confidence to take ownership of design decisionsImportantly, the business is not looking for someone who is heavily architecture or technically focused.
