and continuous improvementSupporting educators to deliver engaging, child-led experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and voicesBuilding positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider communitySupporting a positive, cooperative, and inclusive team cultureContributing to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) goals and National Quality Framework complianceWhat you'll bringCertificate III, Diploma, or higher qualification in Children's Services, OSHC, Education, or a related fieldExperience in an OSHC leadership, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or Responsible Person roleStrong understanding of My Time, Our Place (MTOP), the National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality StandardsConfidence supporting compliance and service operations as a Responsible PersonExcellent communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skillsCurrent Blue CardCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
