RSEA Safety is Australia's largest independent safety retailer, supplying workwear, PPE and safety equipment across Retail, B2B and Hire.With a growing portfolio of in-house brands, we're looking for an experienced Senior Workwear Designer to join our Design team in Hurstville.The RoleReporting into the Head Of Retail Merchandise, this is a senior, hands‐on design role with end‐to‐end ownership of product – from initial concept through to final production.You'll develop commercial workwear and apparel from the ground up, producing CADs and tech packs, managing fittings and samples, and working directly with factories and suppliers to bring product to market.The role spans seasonal retail ranges and custom B2B projects across multiple product categories.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product development from concept through to bulk productionDesign and develop commercial workwear and apparelProduce CADs, technical drawings, tech packs and specificationsManage fittings, sampling and product iterationsWork directly with factories, suppliers and fabric millsDesign with a solid understanding of garment construction, fit, function, durability and complianceBalance design with cost,
