The successful applicant shall have relevant qualification in the construction industry and will have post graduate experience in contacts administration, tendering and project delivery.The duties of this roleSupporting Project Managers to successfully deliver projectsPreparing documentation such as subcontracts,



supply agreements and variationsSubcontractor engagement and negotiationMaterial procurementReviewing & processing monthly subcontractor payments and invoicingTracking program progress and deadlines using MS Project and preparing reportsEnsuring compliance with all contractual requirementsAssisting in tender submissionsAssisting in safety system implementationThe ideal applicantwill haveGraduate or Post-graduate experience in a relevant discipline, such as contracts administration, tendering and project delivery.Proven track record in a similar role delivering commercial or residential construction projects (please specify)A high standard of written and verbal communicationExcellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise and work in a rapid-paced, dynamic team environmentRelevant computer skills including MS Project and MS Office SuiteUnderstanding of Building Codes/Australian Standards/Construction & Contract LawAll applications will be treated in confidence.For more information about our company, please visit our website atwww.projexbuilding.com.au
