You'll use your clinical assessment and nursing skills to support children and their families throughout their care journey, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.Key responsibilitiesProvide secure, high-quality and patient-centred nursing care to paediatric patients.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based nursing practice.Monitor patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical, legal and regulatory requirements.What you needRegistered Nurse with minimum of 2 years acute nursing experience.Previous paediatric nursing experience is desirable.Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.
