you will:Develop and maintain execution and concept level dragline plans.Optimise dragline operations to improve productivity and efficiency of mining sequences.Collaborate closely with production, technical and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.Prepare and review dragline designs to support the mine plan.Monitor compliance with plans and designs, and implement corrective actions where required.Analyse performance data and support operational decision-making.Work at one of the best sites in the Basin.About You:Relevant experience in open-cut coal mining operations, with exposure to dragline planning and operations.Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mining or Civil) or equivalent.Understanding of key productivity and cost drivers in dragline operations.Proficiency with mine planning software such as3D-Dig,Deswik,Vulcan, andSPRY.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.We Offer:A highly-skilled team environment with great career development opportunities.8/6 roster FIFO or DIDOCamp accommodation or local housing allowance.
