This is a full-time position betweeen Tuesday - Saturday that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and success of our restaurant.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations and collaboration with back-of-house, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety and professionalism.
You will work closely with our culinary team and staff to create memorable dining experiences and drive business performance.Key responsibilitiesOversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service standards, staff scheduling, training and performance managementMaintain exceptional standards of customer service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and attentive care throughout their visitManage inventory, stock levels and supplier relationships to optimise costs whilst maintaining qualityEnsure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations and implement best practice standards across all areasHandle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, implementing solutions to enhance guest satisfactionWork collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service, presentation standards and menu consistencyMonitor and manage P&L; performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiencyRecruit, train,



develop and motivate staff to create a positive working environment and foster a culture of excellenceManage reservations, table management and special event coordinationEnsure the restaurant maintains its ambience, cleanliness and presentation standards at all timesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role, preferably within a fine dining or contemporary restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, health and safety compliance, and inventory managementExcellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffExceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and handle challenging situations with professionalismSolid understanding of financial management, including P&L; responsibility, budgeting and cost controlProficiency with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technologyStrong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required in the hospitality industryRSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essentialCertification in hospitality management or food handling is advantageousWhat we offerWorking at Calamansi by Sarah Tiong, you will enjoy a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is supported.
