customers, builders and subcontractors, you will play a key role in successfully delivering integrated building technology solutions across commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, government and industrial projects.The OpportunityAs Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing installation activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to Honeywell's high standards.Working closely with project managers, customers, builders and subcontractors, you will play a key role in successfully delivering integrated building technology solutions across commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, government and industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site activities across multiple project phasesCoordinate subcontractors, trades and commissioning teamsEnsure all works are completed safely and in accordance with regulatory requirementsDrive project schedule adherence and site productivityLead site safety meetings, toolbox talks and compliance activitiesMonitor quality, installation standards and project documentationLiaise with builders, consultants, customers and internal stakeholdersSupport testing, commissioning and project handover activitiesProactively identify and resolve site issues and project risksWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar roleElectrical trade background and relevant licensing preferredExperience delivering commercial construction or building services projectsStrong subcontractor and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of building technology systems such as:Building Management Systems (BMS)Integrated Security SystemsAccess ControlCCTVBuilding AutomationHVAC ControlsStrong understanding of site safety,
