$85K + SuperIf you enjoy payroll but also like having some variety in your day, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing Brisbane business where you'll be part of a supportive, close-knit finance team.You'll take ownership of payroll for around 150 employees while also working across Accounts Payable and importantly, you'll be working with streamlined, automated systems, so there's no time-consuming manual entry of timesheets!
With the business continuing to grow, they're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer who can bring solid payroll knowledge, enjoy being part of a collaborative team and settle into a role where their contribution will genuinely be valued.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities (150 staff fortnightly pay)Interpreting and applying multiple Modern AwardsReviewing payroll data and imported timesheets prior to processingProcessing payroll accurately and on timeManaging Accounts Payable invoicesPreparing supplier payments and ABA filesWorking across multiple Xero entitiesAssisting with general finance administration as requiredWorking closely with the wider finance team to ensure everything runs smoothlyTo be successful in this role you'll bring:Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experienceExperience interpreting AwardsExperienced in Xero and usingworkforce management/payroll systems such as Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero, WageLoch or similar would be highly advantageousExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachThe ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer:Permanent role with immediate start available$85K + SuperVaried role across both Payroll and APAwesome culture and be part of a brilliant finance teamGrowing business where your contribution will be valuedConvenient Milton location close to public transportYou'll be joining a supportive and collaborative finance team where everyone works together to achieve outstanding outcomes.
