The role is a 7/7 rotating roster with 12hr days.Lead a team of dozer operators on a coal stockpile and step into supervisory duties as requiredEnsure effective operation of plant to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenanceMaintain a secure work environment and be committed to adhering and promoting a strong safety cultureComply with site Safety & health Management System policies, procedures,



and work practicesCommunicate with operators and other personnel to coordinate operationsRe-fuelling and general machine inspectionsAdherence to all site and company policies and proceduresWhat you'll need to succeedRelevant RII's or mining competencies signed off within the last 5yearsPrevious experience in the operation of Dozers, including on stockpilesPrevious experience in a leading hand or supervisor roleCurrent Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11Why MacKellar?
