You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager (she's awesome) across paid advertising, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, promotions, product launches and other marketing initiatives.We're a growing business, so there's plenty of opportunity to take ownership, test new ideas and expand the role around your strengths.Role ResponsibilitiesEcommerce CoordinationCoordinate ecommerce activity across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop across three regionsManage and optimise product listings, imagery, product information and metadataAssist with the implementation and ongoing management of Shopify, Amazon and TikTok ShopCoordinate promotions, product launches, restocks and other ecommerce activityWork closely with relevant teams to ensure new products and campaigns launch smoothlyIdentify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, conversion and retentionCoordinate with developers on website improvements, updates and projectsPaid Media & Digital MarketingAssist with the implementation, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaignsHelp develop and test new creatives, offers,



audiences and marketing anglesMonitor performance and identify opportunities to improve resultsSupport broader digital marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiativesBring forward current marketing ideas and help turn them into actionTikTok Shop and paid social experience is highly regardedUGC & Influencer MarketingYou'll work alongside our social media and creator-focused team members, providing support with UGC and influencer activity as needed.This may include assisting with creator outreach, gifted and paid collaborations, coordinating content, supporting larger campaigns and launches, and identifying opportunities to repurpose strong UGC across paid ads, social media and other marketing channels.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has 2+ years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar roleExperience with Shopify, with Amazon and TikTok Shop experience highly regardedTakes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a quick-moving environmentTertiary education highly regardedYou don't need to tick every box.
