You'll work on cutting-edge Hitachi and Bell machinery across the ACT and surrounding regions, backed by world-class training and support.Flexible working rosters available depending on operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Hitachi equipmentProvide technical support and troubleshooting in the fieldDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationshipsComplete service documentation accurately and on timeWork safely and in line with company quality and safety standardsAbout YouCertificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Mechanics or equivalentCurrent driver's licenceAbility to work independently and solve technical issuesOEM or earthmoving equipment experience (highly regarded)Strong communication and customer service skillsCommitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvementHitachi Benefits - What's on OfferRewarding Salary Package: Competitive hourly rate + potential overtime + earn company biannual bonuses!
