We are a boutique law firm seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our team on a casual basis providing support on an ad-hoc basis across Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation and Employment Law matters.This is a versatile opportunity suited to an experienced lawyer who can assist the firm on a variety of matters as well as business development for a growing private law firm.This flexible role suits an experienced legal practitioner with at least 5 years' post-admission experience (PQE) who can manage legal work with a high degree of autonomy.Key responsibilitiesAdvise on commercial contracts, transactions and general commercial mattersAdvise on employment contracts, policies and workplace issuesManage and advise on building and property disputesManage and advise on commercial disputes, debt recovery and settlement documentsConduct legal research, negotiations and client conferencesContribute to business-development activities and practice-management processesManage your own files, deadlines, budgets and client communicationsAssist with training and mentoringAbout youAdmission as an Australian lawyer and a current practising certificate,
