About the RoleWith a strong pipeline of residential construction projects across South East Queensland, AR Developments is seeking an experienced Building Leading Hand to help deliver quality homes and communities in Ripley, Springfield Lakes and Logan Reserve.Working closely with Site Supervisors, you'll lead subcontractors on-site, coordinate daily activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving productivity, and maintaining quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSite OperationsCoordinate daily construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standardsAssist with site setup, scheduling, and contractor managementMonitor workmanship and ensure compliance with plans and specificationsIdentify and resolve site issues proactivelyMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environmentAssist in ensuring materials and equipment are available when requiredLeading Hand DutiesLead and motivate subcontractors and site crewsAllocate and oversee daily tasks to achieve construction milestonesSupport Site Supervisors with project delivery and site coordinationMonitor quality control and rectify defects where requiredPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across all sitesBuild positive working relationships with trades,
