The purpose of this role is to provide commercial & analytical support to all key areas of the business at the senior leadership level, including the General Managers and ELT.
This is an ideal role for a candidate with property related commercial modelling & analytical experience to join a growing, profitable developer & asset manager.The ChallengeReporting into the CFO and leading the commercial area of the business, your key responsibilities will include:Ownership and development of the organizations existing corporate modelCommercial partnering the ELT and organizations key business unit leadersStrategic analysis and commercial input with regards to property development, current deal feasibilities, operations, contractual arrangements,



business cases and value-add opportunitiesDevelop and oversee the implementation of financial strategiesEvaluate and manage project and business risks and opportunities with a view to optimising business outcomesAssist in business forecasting, particularly capital managementAssist with periodic and ad-hoc management reportingAssist in the preparation of investment proposals for the groupOwnership and continuous improvement of complex reporting tools, models, templates, processes, and controls.The ExpertiseThe successful candidate will likely be;You will be ambitious, hands on and looking for the next step in your careerYou will have likely started your career in a consulting firm in a Deals, Valuations, Transactions or Real Estate Advisory teamMay have also begun their career in a graduate program at a large, reputable property developer.
