As the HSEQ / QA Advisor at Sunshine Coast Civil Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's operations adhere to the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
This full-time position is based in Yandina, Queensland, and will be integral to the company's commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently.What you'll be doingDeveloping, implementing and maintaining robust health, safety, environmental and quality management systemsConducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any potential risks or non‐conformancesProviding guidance and training to site teams on all HSEQ policies, procedures and best practicesInvestigating incidents and near misses, and implementing corrective and preventative actionsEnsuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standardsLiaising with clients, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders on HSEQ mattersContinuously improving HSEQ processes and systems to drive operational excellenceWhat we're looking forTertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental management or quality assuranceMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ advisory or management role,
