Metro North Health is seeking a clinical professional to provide care to patients under supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
You will document patient information in the ieMR system and assist with investigations, treatment and discharge planning to ensure protected, continuous care.The role emphasises quality patient care, effective communication with internal teams and external providers, and contributing to discharge summaries and care coordination within the Department.
