This is a key role in a growing business, suited to a finance professional who enjoys owning the full finance functionThe RoleReporting to the Director, you will run the day-to-day finance function and provide explicit, accurate financial reporting across the business and its projects.Prepare and lodge BAS and manage tax obligationsLead end-of-month close-outs and reportingProduce project financial reporting using ProcoreManage accounts and reconciliations in Xero, including cross-referencing statementsOversee payroll for a team of 43 staff, ensuring compliance with EBA conditions (payroll processing sits with another team member)Work with project managers and leadership to keep project costs and cash flow on trackIdentify and implement automation across finance processes,



including the use of AI toolsGeneral finance management duties as the business growsAbout YouProven experience in a Finance Manager or similar roleConstruction industry experience will be highly regardedStrong working knowledge of Xero.
