You'll work closely with two direct reports and play a key role in both supporting complex ER matters and elevating the recruitment function.DUTIESLead,



support and develop a small People & Talent teamOversee end-to-end recruitment with the support of a fantastic Talent Acquisition OfficerOversee WHS & complianceBuild and implement fit-for-purpose recruitment processes and reporting frameworksProvide expert guidance across complex ER matters and performance management issuesSKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role, with hands-on exposure to complex ER issuesSolid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and what 'good' looks like in TAExperience working within purpose-led or regulated sectors (NFP, health, education etc.)A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSAt Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
