and coordinating trades teams and belt splicersCarrying out pulley and bearing maintenanceLiaising with clients and managing expectations onsiteConducting inspections, audits, and reporting to WHSE standardsSupporting the training and development of team membersWhat We're Looking ForCertificate of Proficiency in Engineering – Mechanical or Engineering – FabricationExperience with preventative maintenance and troubleshootingDogging and Rigging ticketsAbility to work independently and lead small teamsStrong communication and client liaison skillsA safety-first mindset with WHSE experienceComfortable mentoring less experienced staffWhy Choose Reliable?
