Join a fast-growing global insights consultancy specialising in financial services, working with some of Australia's biggest banks and financial brands.You'll sit within a growing ANZ insights team, using rich customer and market data to explore how Australians bank, borrow, save and spend and translating that into clear, commercially useful insight.The OpportunityWorking closely with a major Tier 1 bank, you'll analyse large-scale customer and market datasets to uncover trends, competitive movements and opportunities.This is more than a reporting role.
You'll be encouraged to dig deeper, investigate what's driving the numbers and help clients understand what the findings mean for their customers and business.You'll also support client presentations and gradually build your expertise across the financial services landscape.What you'll be doingAnalysing quantitative market research and customer dataIdentifying trends, patterns and competitive movementsTurning complex data into clear,



engaging insight storiesProducing polished client-ready reports and presentationsSupporting research briefings and client presentationsUsing secondary economic and financial data to add contextCollaborating with research, client service and consulting teams across Australia and globallyWho we're looking forYou'll ideally have around 2+ years' experience in market research, insights, consultancy or a similar analytical role.You'll bring:Strong quantitative and analytical skillsExperience using Excel and/or tools such as Q or SPSSExcellent written communication and PowerPoint skillsA curious mindset and strong attention to detailConfidence communicating insights to clients and internal stakeholdersFinancial services experience is highly regarded, but not essential.Why join?
