About the roleGrow the social presence of a leading dermatologist-founded Australian skincare brand.drNC Skin is looking for a highly creative, commercially minded Social, Influencer & Content Manager to own social channels, build an influencer ecosystem and create content that earns attention, builds trust and drives growth.This is a hands‐on role for someone who lives and breathes social.
You'll work closely with leading specialist Dermatologist and drNC founder Dr Natasha Cook, capturing and translating more than 20 years of dermatology expertise into engaging, platform‐first content.Key responsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementOwn and grow the @drnatashacook IG channel: content planning, scheduling, and community managementBuild and grow drNC Skin's TikTok presence from the ground up with a clear channel strategyDevelop and execute a platform‐first content strategy across Instagram and TikTokUnderstand and leverage IG and TikTok's algorithm: posting cadence, hooks, captions, sound selection, identify trends and formats relevant to the brand and adapt quickly across platformsOwn the fortnightly content planning and scheduling cycleMonitor performance weekly across all platforms and turn insights into clear content recommendations with a monthly reportContent ProductionLead regular filming sessions with Dr Natasha Cook at the Darlinghurst clinic and other locationsTurn dermatology expertise into strong hooks, concepts, storylines and social‐first formatsFilm high‐quality content on iPhone and edit efficiently using tools such as CapCut, Edits and CanvaInfluencer MarketingBuild and manage drNC Skin's influencer programme: briefs, gifting, relationship management, discount codes, campaign deliverables and performance trackingFind and nurture creators who genuinely align with the drNC brandMaintain a clear influencer performance tracker: content output, reach, engagement, discount code redemptions,
