Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card and phoneStable national pipeline of work with ongoing career development opportunitiesOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCompany tools, equipment, uniforms and PPE providedOvertime, penalty rates and travel allowances paid separately—not rolled into your hourly rateThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Sydney NSW.Working across a range of commercial customer sites, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repair and installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.This is a hands‐on role suited to an experienced technician who takes pride in their workmanship, provides excellent customer service and can work safely and independently while being part of a supportive team.What You'll Be DoingService and maintain commercial HVAC and air-conditioning systems.Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.Carry out commercial air-conditioning installation and associated works.Complete fault finding and troubleshooting.Attend customer sites and provide qualified and reliable service.Identify additional maintenance and repair requirements.Complete service reports,



job sheets and required documentation.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards and company procedures.Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professional presentation.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.What You'll BringExtensive experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair and installation.Australian Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualification.Current and valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.Current NSW Restricted Electrical Licence or appropriate electrical licence.Current Australian driver's licence.Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.Proven experience in servicing, preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs.Experience with commercial air-conditioning installation.Strong focus and commitment to OH&S; and safe work practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to develop your skills.Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.Bonus Points ForDual Trade qualifications.Experience across a broad range of commercial HVAC systems.Commercial refrigeration experience.Experience working across healthcare, government, retail, hospitality or other commercial environments.About TVHTVH (Total Ventilation & Hygiene Services) is a national HVAC, refrigeration, fire, electrical and ventilation services business.
