Make great hires.Business development is absolutely part of the role, but it isn't about relentless cold calling or selling recruitment services to anyone who will listen.Our growth has been built through reputation, referrals, networks, relationships and delivering exceptional results.THE ROLEAs a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Manager, you'll work across the Victorian real estate market, partnering with businesses and candidates across:SalesProperty ManagementBusiness DevelopmentOperations & AdministrationLeadership & ManagementYou'll manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, while becoming a genuine advisor to both clients and candidates.Your role will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment campaignsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDeveloping long-term candidate relationships and talent networksMarket mapping and talent identificationInterviewing and assessing candidatesProviding salary and market insightsAdvising clients on hiring strategy and market conditionsBusiness development through existing networks, referrals and new relationshipsRepresenting Titanium Recruitment in the marketContributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Titanium brandThis is a role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and the prospect to build their own reputation within an established brand.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
