We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Content Officer to join a large-scale digital project and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences across key government websites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-quality, integrated digital content with a robust customer focus.
Publish and manage content across websites, ensuring compliance with accessibility and brand guidelines.
Administer and manage content through Drupal CMS.
Provide expert advice on digital content design, including:
UX and customer experience
SEO
Information architecture
Web analytics
Accessibility
Web standards




Essential Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong hands-on experience with Drupal CMS.
Proven digital content design experience.
Strong knowledge and practical experience of web accessibility and accessibility standards.
Experience working across UX, SEO, information architecture and web standards.
Experience using digital analytics to monitor website performance and inform content optimisation.
Experience supporting website migration, consolidation or digital transformation projects.
