We believe in putting people first and we are proud to have developed a work culture that fosters growth, collaboration and success.About the roleKey ResponsibilitiesProvide first level advice and management of workplace relations matters, including conduct issues, employee grievances, investigations, performance managementProvide support to Senior P&C; reps, for workplace relations case management, including preparation of discussion recordsAssess workplace relations risk and exposure and provide advice and appropriate identification and escalation of issues to respective Senior P&C; Reps or other stakeholdersManage WH&S; related matters, return to work plans, income protection and ensure the business comply with all related OHS legislationMaintain records and adhere to internal reporting requirements and systemsWork directly with client groups to understand and support on, strategy,



engagement results and deliver on all P&C; requirementsProvide advice relating to employment conditions, remuneration, legislation and other related mattersInfluencing and negotiating with internal stakeholdersMaintain regular client group visits, particularly to regional areas to develop relationship and collaborationFacilitate internal training sessions or toolboxes for internal stakeholders as requiredEnsure timely communication to the business around outstanding action itemsProvide recommendations to improve P&C; processes and proceduresReview and apply any legislative, minimum wage or Award changes, which include remuneration and benefitsMaintain current knowledge of P&C; best practice and IR/ER legislation, including Modern AwardsAssist with Talent and Retention initiatives, including local Early Careers and Graduate activitiesAttend careers fairs and other local events to promote RSMConduct exit interviewsUndertake talent reviews with client groups and assist Senior P&C; repsProjectsAchieve P&C; projects in line with P&C; metrics and analytics to drive effective outcomes in line with Business and P&C; strategyManage and assist with P&C; projects as requiredJob RequirementDemonstrated Experience & Attributes: Relevant tertiary qualification – Business,



Human Resources or Psychology.Minimum 3+ years broad HR / ER case management and service delivery experienceRelevant work experience in a professional or corporate environmentEffective stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent clientExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, contribute to a team, and demonstrate resilienceDemonstrate a high level of integrity and privacy, role models these behaviours and ensures all P&C; related information is treated confidentiallyThe ability to travel interstate is requiredA valid drivers' license to drive to regional officesLife at RSMRSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
