including succession of trust structures and SMSFsBusiness succession planningDrafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications and letters of administrationManaging estate administration from asset realisation through to distributionDelivering strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clientsParticipating in business development activities to help grow the practiceAdvanced drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to managing matters end-to-endStrong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approachWhy Join?
