The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and evolving the company's Voice of Customer, brand health, and customer research programs, as well as driving customer strategy, segmentation, and priority customer cohort frameworks.They will be expected to identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities, and to deliver compelling insights and strategic recommendations to executive and board stakeholders.
