As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, campaign execution, and strategic development.
You'll oversee PR and media initiatives, influencer marketing, and social media strategies, ensuring clients receive outstanding results and service.
The role
You'll manage client relationships day to day and lead PR and integrated campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.
You will:
Develop and deliver PR strategies that secure quality coverage and hit client KPIsLead media relations: pitching, securing coverage and building solid relationships with journalists, editors and producersLead integrated campaigns that bring PR together with influencer,



social, content, events and activationsOversee influencer and social media activity, including reporting and insightsBe the trusted day-to-day contact for your clientsManage timelines, budgets and priorities across multiple accountsLead, mentor and support junior team members
What we are looking for:
3 to 5+ years' PR experience, ideally agency sideStrong, hands-on media relations experience and established contacts across lifestyle, beauty, food and drink, or consumer mediaA proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns with PR at the coreResults you can point to, from standout coverage to client KPIs you've deliveredExperience overseeing and reporting on influencer and social media campaignsHighly organised with a sharp eye for detail, and at home in a fast-paced, multi-client environmentAn exceptional communicator, with strong writing (pitches, press releases, proposals), presentation and interpersonal skillsExperience leading and mentoring junior team members
