OverviewWe have an opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Design Lead, you will work on projects delivering civil design solutions within Brisbane and surrounds.
The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers.The rolePreparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer and water systems as well as associated infrastructure)Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clientsInterface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscapingInteract with clients regarding project needsAbout YouDemonstrate senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisionsRelevant qualificationsDemonstrated experience ideally using 12D softwareFamiliarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirementsA commitment to self-improvement and continuing qualified developmentWhat We OfferA competitive salary with additional benefits to support professional development and wellbeingFlexible working arrangements including work from home opportunities, school term contracts,
