Over the next six months, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across billing, customer, operations, finance, and IT to define requirements and shape solutions that improve billing accuracy, customer outcomes, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities include:Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements relating to billing processes and systemsAnalyse current-state billing operations, customer journeys, and regulatory obligations to identify pain points and opportunities for improvementSupport the definition of scope, benefits, costs, and business impacts for billing system enhancements and related projectsDevelop clear documentation including business requirements, process maps, options analysis, and impact assessmentsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups with stakeholders across customer, finance, operations, IT, and regulatory teamsAssist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for executive and steering committee reviewIf the program progresses to delivery, this role has strong potential to extend into implementationWhat we are looking for:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly regardedProven experience as a Business Analyst on billing systems (preferably in energy or utilities)Strong understanding of energy industry processes, customer billing, market settlements,
