Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Location: Brisbane, Queensland, AustraliaResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 3-4 lawyers/paralegals at varying levels of experience.Provide high-quality legal advice on property, leasing, and related civil law issues.Represent the organisation in civil litigation and property-related disputes.Manage a steady litigation-heavy caseload while maintaining 3-4 billable hours per day.Ensure client outcomes are fair and free from exploitation.Contribute to a supportive, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsAt least 5 years post-admission legal experience (civil/property law highly regarded).
Eligible for a practising certificate in Queensland (and High Court register).
Skilled in litigation, ideally with exposure to leasing, property,
