You'll be reporting into the Financial Controller.Your responsibilities:Management and support of Accounts Receivable Team.Manage, monitor and control the accounts receivable function ensuring delivery of the function's KPIs and efficient and effective management of resources.Oversee the transaction and bill processing including month-end reconciliation processes in conjunction with relevant business units.Manage and oversee practices to ensure the administration of all debtor accounts in line with the companies debt collection procedureCustomer claim / dispute resolutionEscalation of all payment plan requests to the Credit ControllerManage all administration and debt collection activities with a professional and compassionate manner, and ensure a positive customer experience for customers.What experience will you have:5+ year's experience in a similar or related role preferredExperience in the commercial/ transport/ manufacturing domainExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to use initiative and be proactiveDetail-oriented and meticulousWhat's great about this job:Immediate Availability OR Negotiable with the notice periodGain exposure to the large business and progress your careerThey have hybrid working arrangementsOnsite parking and close to public transportAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
