We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to take carriage of our marketing function and help grow our commercial client base.Reporting to the General Manager, you will:Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across our print, signage and promotional product linesManage our digital presence, including website content, product listings, SEO, email marketing and social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B reachProduce marketing materials, capability statements and promotional content for commercial and trade customersSupport tender and proposal submissions for corporate and government print contracts, working with the sales team to prepare contentConduct market and competitor research to identify recent segments and business opportunitiesMaintain the CRM, manage lead capture and follow-up, and report on campaign performance,



enquiry volume and return on marketing spendCoordinate external designers, print partners and suppliersSupport trade show and promotional event activityQualificationsAt least five years of relevant marketing experience, or at least three years of relevant marketing experience with an acceptable formal qualification (bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field)Experience covering campaign delivery and digital channelsDemonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, social media and website content managementExperience with CRM systems and reporting on marketing performanceUnderstanding of B2B marketing and customer acquisitionStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishWell organised, able to manage competing deadlinesExperience in printing, signage, promotional products or a related B2B or manufacturing environmentExperience preparing tender or proposal contentExperience coordinating external agencies and suppliers
