This is a hands on office role combining IT support, systems administration, automation, integration and practical software development.Key responsibilitiesProvide day to day IT support to office and operational employeesTroubleshoot hardware, software, email, devices, printers, connectivity, user access and application issuesSet up and manage users, devices, accounts, permissions and access across company systemsManage employee technology onboarding and offboarding, including access, devices and account changesMaintain computers, laptops, mobile devices and other office technologyAdminister and maintain CDS business systems, cloud applications and technology platformsManage permissions, security groups, licences, subscriptions, system access and application configurationIdentify repetitive or manual business processes that can be automated and design and implement workflow automations across CDS systemsBuild integrations between platforms using APIs, workflow tools, scripts and other appropriate technologiesDevelop and maintain internal tools, applications, scripts,



dashboards and utilities where requiredAbout youMinimum 2 years hands on experience in IT support, systems administration, software development, automation or a similar technology roleStrong troubleshooting and practical problem solving abilityExperience supporting business users with hardware, software and cloud based systemsExperience administering users, permissions and business applicationsExperience building automations, integrations, scripts or software solutionsUnderstanding of APIs, databases and system integrationsAbility to diagnose technical problems independently and follow them through to resolutionStrong documentation and communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non technical usersAbility to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively as part of a teamAbout usCombined Demolition Services is a growing demolition, asbestos removal, excavation and site remediation business.
