Allura Partners is seeking a senior People Operations leader to head a small Sydney-based team and drive APAC HR operations within our global People function.You will oversee HR delivery, mobility and immigration, and HR systems, while guiding continuous improvement and leveraging AI/automation where appropriate.
The role reports to regional/global stakeholders and runs for a ***** month fixed-term period.
