You will oversee all project delivery phases, from tender to closeout, with solid experience of both the commercial and technical aspects of delivering electrical substation and distribution projects.
Most of the work at this stage is conduit/cable laying.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGOversee all project delivery phases, from tender to closeout, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and proceduresEfficiently plan and coordinate project delivery to meet or exceed customer requirementsManage field-based activities, including time, cost, quality, and safety, in collaboration with a project team (engineer, construction manager, and field leaders)Conduct risk assessments and workshops to mitigate HSE and enterprise risksLead communication with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, through status updates, board papers,



and memosEnsure full compliance with HSEQ Management and Risk Management PlansApply PMBOK-based frameworks to produce Project Management Plans and related documentationMaintain project schedules using MS Project, manage resources, and forecast costs using SAP and ExcelMORE ABOUT YOUProven experience in projects within utilities infrastructure or industrial electrical environmentsExtensive proven experience working with HV systems in Transmission Lines and/or SubstationsDocumented experience working with HV systems in construction, industrial, or utility environmentsExperience influencing and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes whilst developing strong working relationshipsAbility to lead and motivate teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestonesExpertise in managing budgets, controlling costs, and delivering financial outcomesAdvanced skills in MS Office, including MS Project; SAP experience is a plusA degree in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, is highly desired
