Employment / Generalist Commercial Litigator (3-5 years PAE)This is a great opportunity for a talented commercial litigator (3-5 PQE) to join an award-winning boutique firm with a progressive, client-focused approach to legal practice.
The role offers exposure to diverse, interesting and high-quality matters, including commercial litigation, media and defamation law, employment, insurance disputes and other complex disputes.You will be working closely with experienced practitioners and will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters from the early stages through to resolution.
The work will be varied and will include contractual disputes, advisory work, pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, evidence preparation, interlocutory applications, mediation and court appearances.Key Responsibilities:Prepare advice across a range of litigation mattersCorrespondence, affidavits, witness statements,
