This role includes a $10,000 signing bonus, payable on your one-year anniversary — on top of your competitive salary package.The sign-on bonus is subject to employment terms and will be payable in accordance with Kinsella's recruitment incentive policy.Enjoy every second Friday afternoon off — or combine them into a full day off each month.

You will build commercial capability,



not just technical skills.What You Will Be DoingPreparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts and high net worth individualsDelivering proactive tax planning and structuring adviceSupporting advisory engagements and client meetingsContributing to outsourced CFO engagementsMentoring junior team members (Senior level)No two weeks look the same — and that's exactly how we like it.About You3+ years' experience in public practice through to experienced Senior AccountantsDegree qualified in Accounting or FinanceCA/CPA qualified or working towardsStrong technical tax knowledgeConfident communicator who enjoys client interactionProactive, solutions-focused mindsetIf you are ambitious, commercially minded and ready for the next step — we want to hear from you.Why Kinsella?
