The business is undergoing a significant period of growth and offers strong long-term career progression.The RoleA broad Finance Manager opportunity, working closely with the CFO across financial reporting, accounting, tax and commercial finance.
The role will also provide exposure to the wider financial strategy of the business.
Responsibilities will include:Leading the day-to-day finance function and managing a small teamOverseeing month-end, management reporting and year-end processesManaging group accounting, consolidations, trusts and tax requirementsImproving finance systems, processes, controls and reportingSupporting acquisitions, restructures and other complex transactionsSupporting debt raising,



loan covenants and banking relationshipsProviding financial insight to support business and investment decisionsWorking closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders across the groupAbout You5+ years' experience across accounting and financeStrong financial reporting and accounting skillsExperience managing or mentoring a small teamCommercially minded with solid attention to detailComfortable working across both strategic and hands-on finance responsibilitiesProperty, construction or trust accounting experience highly desirableCA/CPA qualified or working towards qualificationStrong systems and process improvement mindsetMandarin language skills highly regardedFull working rights in Australia
