We want an experienced operator who can lead a crew, read plans, organise the job and deliver quality work without needing to be hand‐held.Our work includes commercial civil construction, concrete structures, hardscapes,



formwork and reinstatement.What we're looking forYou'll ideally have:5+ years' experience in concreting/civil constructionPrevious experience as a leading hand or crew leaderStrong formwork and concrete construction skillsExperience with civil hardscapes and structuresAbility to read plans and work from set‐outGood understanding of levels and set‐outStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lead by example and get the best out of a small crewWhite Card and driver's licenceMachine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded.What's on offer?
