BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead the clinical care operations at Bethshan Gardens Centre, Wyee.
You will mentor a team of nurses and care staff to deliver secure, person-centered care and drive continuous improvement across the service.With current AHPRA RN registration and 3–5 years in aged care or complex clinical settings, you will shape clinical governance, support decision-making and pursue opportunities for residential leadership.
